Welcome to Exerclinic Training App (by Exerclinic Performance Training). This exists as the comprehensive app for members of Exerclinic Performance Training. The Exerclinic Training App serves as an immersive fitness hub for personalized, dynamic training programs. This app is also filled with an assortment of informational content to help advance your training far beyond the standard.
The Exerclinic Training App includes customized and dynamic fitness programming, injury management programming, nutrition guidance, informative guides, and a wide variety of tracked performance/health/strength metrics that’ll keep you engaged in your fitness journey.
Programming:
You get access to your specific, personalized training program if working directly with a coach at Exerclinic Performance Training as well as access to a continuously growing library of training programs (and any new programs added). Programming spans the entire spectrum depending on client need(s). This may include competition-specific powerlifting peaking programming, general bodybuilding programming, sport-performance programming, general fitness training, and/or injury management programming. Programming also caters to a wide array of experience levels, from first-time lifters to advanced powerlifters.
Tools for Individualization:
There are many integrated software tools to assist you in swapping and modifying the programming to suit the environment you’re currently training in if needed. With dynamic programming tools, you’re not stuck with a basic spreadsheet with fixed numbers that can’t be changed. You have control in situations that require flexibility. Beyond this, you will have the community at Exerclinic Performance Training as well as your individual coach to help you with some of these individualized, unique decisions.
Extensive Training Log:
Track your progress, store and upload all of your training footage inside the Exerclinic Training App. As a member, you have constant access to reference back to your past training data quickly and easily. In addition, you can sync data from Apple Health to stay accountable with step counts, bodyweight tracking, and nutritional data from your nutrition diary.
Coaching:
Through our exclusive app, our coaches will be able to rapidly assist and modify training as needed with the improved flexibility of dynamic programming beyond the standard of basic spreadsheets and PDFs.

- Attach uploaded videos and notes to any set of any exercise as well as notes for overall workout each session.
